The Kings Head is the oldest Pub in Cippenham. The White Horse was probably contemporary but is long gone. The Long Barn is an older building but has only been a public house since the 1980s.
The image was once on the front of a matchbox. Who can date this, and who remembers Rod and Val? Our guess is it is from the early seventies.
